What's your stance on development?
I love this city just the way it is — and I know I’m not alone. That said, growth is coming whether we like it or not. I'm not encouraging anyone to sell, but it is our job to guide the changes.
I support smart, intentional planning like cluster subdivisions that preserve open space and help us keep the rural lifestyle we all value. Growth doesn’t have to mean losing who we are — but we need to stay ahead of it.

What about slowing down cars racing through rural roads?
This is a common complaint I hear — and I agree, it's a problem.
I support practical, local solutions like speed bumps, speed studies, permanent traffic calming measures, and working with the sheriff's office on targeted enforcement in problem areas. We don't need over-policing, but we do need people to respect the roads they're driving on.

I’ve built my career managing large-scale events, tight deadlines, multi-million-dollar budgets, and (let's be honest) difficult personalities.
I do my homework. I listen. I ask questions when things don't make sense- and I'm not afraid to push back when the stakes are high.
This job isn’t about the loudest voice in the room. It’s about doing the work and showing up for people.
